Yes, Goods In Transit and Public Liability Insurance are both in place, if you not sure, just ask the driver. We always carry a copy with the vehicle.
No, we only accept payment after job is done and customer is satisfied.
Yes, we can provide a VAT invoice after completion, on paper, or sent to your email address to cut down the use of paper.
We always provide a quote before the job, you don't pay by the hour, or for a van sitting in traffic. Just email the collection and delivery address and job description, and we will respond with the quote. This is what you will pay after completing the job, no additional fees, no made-up charges. Sounds fair?
I'm afraid not. We provide a vehicle with the driver for a very competitive price, driver is always happy to help, but for those places with lots of stairs or difficult access help must be provided on- site. We can secure furniture on the van, but we can not pack all small items into boxes, this must be arranged before collection. If you not sure how we can help, please ask.
This is what we can help, no problem. We can easily load pallets from all places that don't accept panel van, and deliver them straight to your door on a pallet truck or sack truck if a path is too narrow. We won't make much fuss if you ask to break pallets down for you and take empty ones away, unlike most couriers.
No, I'm afraid we can't compete with the parcel and pallet networks, this is a completely different business model. Our price is for direct delivery service, so the price reflects specifics of dedicated service, not load groupage.
